Andrew Summers, Chair of Board of Governors at Ravensbourne University London said: “Andy Cook has done an outstanding job in more than doubling the size of the university and creating strong foundations for future growth. We are very pleased that during Andy’s time as Vice Chancellor the university has created opportunities for so many students from diverse backgrounds to thrive and become future leaders in design, technology and business. We are sad to see him go and thank him for his dedication and for the big difference he has made. The search for his successor has already started.”

Andy Cook, Vice Chancellor at Ravensbourne University London said: “When I joined the university in 2018, I saw incredible potential. A dynamic institution built on the foundations of social mobility and innovation, with a profound commitment to transforming lives while working in partnership with industry.

“I am extremely proud of what has been achieved since then, more than doubling in size and expanding access to education, welcoming students from all corners of the globe and fostering a more inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. None of this would have been possible without the incredible efforts of our staff to whom I am very grateful.
