Four students and a recent graduate from the Advertising and Brand Design course at Ravensbourne University London have won a total of three awards for their environmentally and socially focused advertising and branding campaigns.

The winning projects were proposed in response to purpose-led briefs, set by agencies and other members of industry.

Creative Conscience is a creative community and global not-for-profit organisation that believes in using creative thinking and innovation to make positive change. It seeks ideas that will help build 'a more sustainable and regenerative world'.

The three winning BA (Hons) Advertising and Brand Design projects are:

  • Rip It Up and Start Again – Students Isaac Fisher, Louie Stickland, Paige Langan won a gold award in the Advertising category – for a campaign which revitalizes climate activism by ditching the overly sanitized and corporate jargon that turns off younger generations.
  • The Hedge Fund – Student Riley Knox – won a silver award in the Service Design category. The Hedge Fund aims to engage Gen-Z in saving the UK’s biodiversity by growing more hedges.
  • Be You – by recent graduate Charlotte Perry was highly commended in the Advertising category for her campaign to support the Be You project.
