Paul O’Grady

Paul is Director of Belgravia for Grosvenor Property UK, overseeing the strategy and commercial activity across the £2.5 billion portfolio, working together with public and private sector partners to deliver positive commercial, social and environmental change.

He has previously held roles in investment, asset management and portfolio management across Europe, notably managing three cross-border retail funds on behalf of various international investors, as well as setting up Grosvenor’s Stockholm Office.

Paul is a Scholar of Christ's College, Cambridge. He holds an MSc in Real Estate Investment and Finance from the University of Reading and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

In addition to Ravensbourne, he is a Board member of Victoria Business Improvement District.
