Nancy Olniyan BA, MA, MBA, PGCE

Nancy is a Senior Lecturer and Link Tutor at Ravensbourne University London, specialising in Business Management, Computing, Marketing, Human Resources, Tourism and Hospitality Management. 

With over 20 years of industry experience and more than 8 years in Higher Education, she bridges academia and industry through curriculum innovation, student mentorship and strategic partnerships.

Previously, Nancy was a Senior Lecturer and Course Director at London South Bank University, leading curriculum development, quality assurance and programme leadership. As a Link Tutor, she continues to oversee academic partnerships and accreditation processes, ensuring high-impact education.

Nancy holds a Master’s in Education, an MBA in Marketing, and a BA (Hons) in Tourism and Hospitality Management, alongside a PGCE (Level 7) in Lifelong Learning. Her research interests focus on inclusive curriculum design and critical pedagogy, fostering equitable and transformative learning.

An entrepreneur and business consultant, Nancy founded Danbury Ltd., Tru Smoothies, and various hospitality and retail ventures. She has consulted for international hotels and SMEs, providing strategic advisory services in operations, customer engagement and business development.

Nancy is deeply committed to student-centred, inclusive and practice-based education, ensuring that graduates are resilient, adaptable and well-prepared for leadership roles in a dynamic global market.
