Biography
Dr Natascha Radclyffe-Thomas EdD is an award-winning expert in sustainable fashion and education for sustainable development, named in The SustainabilityX® Magazine’s inaugural Global 50 Women In Sustainability Awards™. With a background in luxury fashion and intercultural creative education, Natascha’s research focuses on sustainable fashion practices, fashion marketing, conscious consumption, and the cultural value of craft.
Natascha has worked with the RSA, the Ellen MacArthur Foundation and Crafts Council on sustainable and circular fashion and craft initiatives. Natascha is co-author of Fashion Management: A Strategic Approach (Bloomsbury), Co-Editor of the International Journal of Sustainable Fashion and Textiles, Editor-in-Chief for Bloomsbury Fashion Business Case Studies.
Natascha is Chair of the UN-supported initiative PRME UK and Ireland Chapter, Vice Chair of the Costume Society and is regularly invited as a keynote speaker and panellist and contributes to media pieces on fashion business, culture and sustainability for the BBC, NYT and NPR.
