Dr Greg Loftin BA, MA, PhD, FHEA

Greg is passionate about editing and storytelling. He writes screenplays, has directed and edited an award-winning feature film called Saxon, and his latest book Writing for the Cut is about how film editors tell stories.

Greg runs a world-class programme of editor master classes at Ravensbourne. Past speakers have included Walter Murch (Apocalypse Now, The Godfather), Paul Machliss (Scott Pilgrim Versus the World, Baby Driver) Tom Rolf (Taxi Driver, Heat), Mick Audsley (Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Murder on the Orient Express), and Lisa Gunning (Nowhere Boy, Seven Psychopaths).
