Biography
Cesar brings over 18 years of experience as an executively focused Human Resources and Strategic Management Consultant, alongside his role as a Senior Lecturer. With a robust background spanning commercial and educational sectors across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and South America, Cesar possesses extensive strategic, tactical, and operational expertise. His adeptness in fostering positive interpersonal connections, combined with his knack for influencing and challenging leaders and clients at all levels, renders him indispensable in driving business growth and expansion, especially in dynamic environments.
Beyond his consultancy and lecturing roles, Cesar contributes to the Global MBA programs at the University of London (UK) as an external moderator and tutor. Previously, he directed courses and lectured for BA and MBA programs at Coventry University (UK). Presently, he serves as an independent consultant in the EMEA region and holds a Senior lecturer/Link tutor position at Ravensbourne University (UK) in the Business and Computing Department. As a Fellow of the BCS and the Higher Education Academy (UK), Cesar possesses a rich skill set to propel companies to new heights.
