Annette Richardson MA BA PGCE MPhil/ PHD candidate

Biography

Annette Richardson has taught widely across Media Production (Film, Animation and Photography) Film, Media and Cultural Studies, History of Art, Fashion Theory, Games Development and Games Art in Further and Higher Education. Specialising in practice-based research and contextual studies within Visual Culture, Annette is also an experienced lecturer in practical art, creative design and visual storytelling.

Annette holds a BA in Fine Art from Kingston University, MA in History of Art with Photography (Distinction) from Birkbeck, alongside a PGCE (Post-Compulsory) in Art & Design from Greenwich University. She is currently working on her PHD on the Aesthetics of Lustre in the Fashion Image in the 1930s.
