Concerns and complaints
Ravensbourne cares about the wellbeing and safety of our students. We want everyone to enjoy a fulfilling and rewarding educational experience during their studies
Concerns and Complaints
Sometimes there may be issues a student faces that need to be addressed, either as a safeguarding concern or as a complaint. You may also want to raise your worries anonymously.
If you are worried about your own wellbeing or have concerns about a student at Ravensbourne, you may raise your concerns through the following options.
Complaints
If you are considering raising a complaint that you would like Ravensbourne to consider formally then please review our outline of the official complaints process.
Anonymous reporting
Ravensbourne recognises that some concerned individuals may not want to identify themselves. Please take some time to review our anonymous reporting process to see if this meets your needs.

Ravensbourne Students' Union
The Ravensbourne Student Union is led by recent graduates of Ravensbourne with the full intention of representing the student's voice.
Their role is to make the student experience the best it can be, so discussing concerns and asking for change is a vital part of the way they work.
