Tola Awe BSc (Hons), PgDip, MBA, Quant (MRes)

Tola Awe has taught various courses at Levels 2-7 since 2007, in areas including Strategic Leadership, Operations Management, Performance and Business Management, Coaching and Mentoring, Management Consultancy and Physics. She embarked on a Doctorate degree to engage her passion for research, in addition to an MBA (University of Wales Trinity Saint David) and a distinction in Quantitative Analysis of Data (MRes) from the University of Brighton. She has served at different institutions as Founder/CEO, Programme Director, Head of Assessment and Data, Early Careers Coach, Management and Neuroinclusion Consultant, EDI Lead and she is currently, a Lecturer in Business Management at Ravensbourne University London. 

Tola's commitment outside education is evident in her numerous community and charity projects, focused on community well-being and personal and youth development. As a seasoned speaker, writer, and trainer, Tola has spoken at regional and national conferences including BERA (ECR) and the Institute of Lifecourse Development (ILD). She is currently writing about Quantitative Analysis and Ethics. Tola is an invited member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council (a research community of business professionals) and is a regular peer reviewer for the PLOS Mental Health Journal. Her research interests are organisational retention, student and staff engagement, adult neuroinclusion (in HE and the workplace) and community cohesion as evidenced in her voluntary work and recent research.
