
Polina Pencheva BA, MArch, PGDip, ARB
Biography
Polina is a practicing architect with over 12 years of experience. She has led the design and delivery of a number of high-profile projects in different sectors including large-scale housing and commercial developments in the UK.
Poli has expertise in data-driven design, sustainable design and procurement practices. She has worked with both public and private sector organisations to develop Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategies and sustainable development project delivery strategies. In 2023, Poli stepped away from her role as Associate at award-winning Morris+Company, to start her own design practice and join the NetZero What Works group at UCL aiming to boost cross-sector collaboration and coordination in addressing the complex systems challenges of climate change.
Polina is an experienced design and professional practice tutor for Bachelor and Postgraduate students and has lectured on topics such as digital design, climate, and project and practice management.
