Student Complaints
We value our education agents and the important role they play in supporting our students and providing a great student experience. We are committed to maintaining open and constructive communication. If you ever have any concerns or wish to raise a complaint about one of our agents, we’re here to listen and work towards a resolution. Your feedback helps us improve and ensures we continue to provide the best possible student experience.
To make the process as simple and efficient as possible, we have established a formal complaints procedure. If you need to raise a concern about one of our agents, please email the Head of Student Recruitment Marketing at [email protected] in the first instance. If your complaint cannot be resolved at this informal stage, you will then be able to make a formal complaint by following our student Complaints Procedure.
