Graduation bursaries and refunds

If your household income is £25,000 or less, and you were in receipt of the maximum maintenance loan from SFE in 2023/24 academic year, you will be eligible to apply for the Ravensbourne Graduation Bursary. This award will help with the cost of your guest tickets, gown hire and photographs to record the day. In some circumstances, funding towards travel expenses is also awarded.

Please complete the online application form and email the below evidence to Student Services.

• A copy of your last 3 bank statements
• Your student finance statement for 2023/24

Please note this bursary is only available to Home Undergraduate Ravensbourne University Students and excludes International students, postgraduate students, and Morley College and City & Guilds of London Art School.

We appreciate that for reasons beyond your control, you or your guest(s) may discover that you are unable to attend the ceremony.

You may cancel your order for your gown and/or guest tickets up to 1 week before the ceremony date for a full refund. Please see terms and conditions. To request a refund complete the contact us form for Ede & Ravenscroft and one of their staff will get back to you.

After this deadline, any refund request will have to be emailed to Ede & Ravenscroft customer service for processing post-ceremony. Alternatively, contact us via email and a friendly staff member will be able to help.
