Concept and creative process
Opening titles for a classic children's drama serial which portrayed life in a London mixed comprehensive school. The designer’s concept was to celebrate the name of the school in a colourful 3D CGI logo, which was used in close-up in the sequence as graphic forms with which some of the students, seen mainly as soft-focus almost silhouetted shapes, were made to interact. The whole sequence was skilfully orchestrated and layered in a digital edit.
