Concept and creative process
Title sequence for the drama series 'Accused', set in courts of law, about people being accused of crimes. Still photographs were shot in a studio of a variety of people from varying backgrounds. Then wipes were created as a series of single frame animating cels in order to reveal the different people. The photos were then all shot on a 35mm film rostrum in register with each other, which made them appear as if they were morphing into one other, as they were revealed through the animating mattes.
